Australia-the land of the road trip

Think back on your most memorable road trip.

As with many large countries, Australia is a country that lends itself to a fantastic road trip. The varied landscapes from the greenery of the coast to the red desert and everything in between makes this country something special.

I’ve done some great road trips in the fourteen years I’ve lived in Australia-to Melbourne from Sydney, up to Noosa on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland (via Armidale-being able to see the Milky Way properly for the first time was amazing) and to Bellingen in New South Wales are the highlights so far.

The one thing I do have to remember is that Australia is a country that needs to be explored while I’m here and the road trip is the way to do it. I want to visit Uluṟu in the Northern Territory, Western Australia, especially in its south west coastal area, and also more of New South Wales. In all honesty, I’d spend the rest of my life doing a road trip around this amazing country if I had the time and money!

Road trips are the way to explore an area or country and more adventures are awaiting me in my future-the question is where do I go next?
