How do you manage screen time for yourself?
Like everyone, I can spend too much time in front of a screen-it’s a part of life that’s both a help and a hindrance, often at the same time.
For me, I get bored pretty quickly most of the time, to the point where I have to get up off my rear end and do something else before I fall asleep!
This can be spending time in the garden, sewing, knitting, housework or some form of exercise.

I’ve always got something to do that is generally more interesting than staring at a screen for more than an hour at a time!
