Flowers for a Sunday morning

I am all excited this morning because my sweet peas have finally started flowering this week. So far, there are only two flowers, but there are many more flower buds on the plants so they should look amazing soon.

I also still have my broad beans flowering. I chose the ‘Crimson Flowered’ ones because I fancied having some red flowers. I hope that any beans we get are tasty too!

Further away from home, I have come across lots of spring flower activity. Below is a bromeliad flower that I noticed of Friday afternoon.

Below is bloodleaf, with its great looking leaves and small flowers.

I have to include some lavender here as the bees were loving it.

Below is an Australian native Callistemon flower. Another flower that looks great.

Finally, just because these clivia flowers are looking awesome I’ve included them.
