I had a quick walk around my garden today after work, as I often do. Things are still growing and flowering well. We have had rain and sun over the past couple of days, so my plants are generally happy on that front. I didn’t have the company of Cuddles the cat today though, she was busy culling out in her favourite chair.
My nasturtiums are all flowering really well. I have to say that I am so happy with how well they are doing. Spring does have plenty of flowers when I look around me, but in my garden, there is usually a lack of them. This is why I am enjoying my nasturtiums so much this year, especially as they were seeds a few months back!

In the rain we had overnight and early this morning, the dress cat grass I am growing for Cuddles got a little flattened. I have had a go at helping it stand back up again. Hopefully, it perk up by itself more in the next couple of days.

My tomatoes, chillies and peppers are growing well. They were only potted up a few days ago but I am seeing growth every couple of days.

Finally for today, is my little melon, which is growing a new leaf. I am hoping for some success with this little plant. The other little melon plant I did have was promptly dug up by Cuddles before I noticed her doing so! That’s cats for you though!

Until next time, happy gardening!
