A little gardening on a Monday

I haven’t done much gardening over the weekend, mainly because I haven’t got room for any more seed sowing right now. That’s a shame, as I really do want to do some seed sowing, but a little patience is needed.

One thing I’m waiting for is for these guys to get a little larger. When they are little bigger, I’ll pot them up and finally put them outside. I’ll see how they are this coming weekend and then sort them out. I happy with them though as they are growing really well.

Seedlings growing well

What I have done is pot up my Brussels sprouts, leeks and spring onions. My Brussels sprouts are happier now that they have some more space.

I have put my spring onions and leeks outside. Hopefully they will grow ok this time-I’ve not had much success with either leeks or any kind of onion.

Slowly, these potatoes are growing. They are absolutely tiny compared to my two other potato varieties growing either side of them.

Slow growing spuds

That’s all for today, happy gardening!
