In Australia, citizens have a legal requirement to vote. As an Australian citizen I do vote.

In saying that, I think any citizen of any country should vote, no ifs and no buts! If able to vote in the country of citizenship, then I don’t know why you wouldn’t. While it seems that most, if not all, politicians are on a sliding scale of awful, by casting a vote you can help determine the level of awful!
