What are your biggest challenges?
Time. To me, time is one of the most valuable resources we have available to all of us. Like many, I feel like I don’t have enough time for everything that I would like to do, along with everything I need to do. I have been thinking about this a lot recently though-how can I use my time better to get do everything that I want and need to do. There are a couple of conclusions that I have come to.

The first realisation I have come to is that I have so many ways that I could spend my time that I don’t do anything other than watching the telly. To rectify this, I am going to just get up and do something. It can be sewing, knitting, photography, reading or gardening. I can do it for thirty minutes or two hours, it doesn’t matter-doing a little is better than none. A little is still achieving something.

Organising myself would be easier, so that I plan my time for sewing, knitting or photography (or whatever else I need or want to do). For some reason, I have never really done this-I have spent most time ‘winging it’ rather than organising. Going forward into 2026, I am determined to do more organising of my time so that I have know when I can sit and do my crafting, etc.

If I can get my organisation right, then I will feel like I have more time and be able to achieve more with all my hobbies-including time for watching the telly!
