While Picton in the north of New Zealand’s South Island is a nice little town, it’s more where I went from Picton that is my favourite spot, or at least one of them.

When we went to Picton a couple of years ago, we went kayaking in Queen Charlotte Sound. We were kayaking for about three hours and it was so much fun with amazing scenery all around us. While I don’t have many photos, here is a family of ducks after we finished.
