Welcome to my Friday of flowers. As usual, I like to end my week with something that makes me smile and gives me some pleasure and flowers give me that. While my week has been quite good, it is something nice to do.
The Turkish Pine, or Prunus brutia, is a wonderful tree, as are all trees in this genus are. The young cones are rather interesting to look at.

Gardenia plants as a whole are rather average as they are used every here in Sydney. I do like the flowers though as they have a delightful creamy scent as well as being bright white (which is ok in small doses).

Salvia flowers are often pretty. I love the colour of these purple flowers and also the white ones below too.

These are the last of my new roses as I was giving them their winter prune.

This lavender is still getting loved by the bees.

I love banksia flowers, this one being no exception.

Westringia flowers very pretty, as is the shrub in general.

The fruit of this lilly pilly below is a great colour. Of all the lilly pillies out there, this is my favourite.
