What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
With the aim of keeping fit, I go swimming and do Pilates several times a week. I am also on my feet all day at work, so I get more exercise in that way too.
I eat a wide range of food, especially fruit and veg, but a little cake or chocolate every now and then doesn’t hurt provided it’s not all the time.
For my mental well-being I spend time in my own little garden where I am growing some of my own veg and flowers too. When I’m in the garden, I find that all my worries get lost as I’m busy with planting, potting up, watering and any number of other jobs that need doing. I also get to enjoy the fruits of my labour with fruit, veg and flowers.
