One thing about the wildlife in Australia is that it doesn’t usually sit quietly, especially first thing in the morning!

At work the other day, I was near this rather grand paperbark in full flower. The lorikeets in the tree seemed to be loving life with the amount of noise they were making! While noisy, I love these little birds.

Seeing, and hearing, birds and wildlife is one of the joys of my job, one that I’ll never tire of.
