I love the flowers on gum trees here in Australia. Most of the time, the flowers are too high up on the tree to be seen properly, and also too high for my phone camera to get clearly. Yesterday, I managed to get some from some flowers within reach.

I can’t remember the species of the tree, although I can’t say I was paying much attention to anything but the flowers when I took some photos!

What I did notice was that there were so many bees flying around the flowers the whole time I was having a look at tree. I love watching bees doing their thing when given an opportunity, they are part of what makes nature so interesting.
