I have to say that people that have no interest or hobby are the most boring people alive. Why? They have nothing to talk about in an over the top excitable way, can’t show you anything related to this thing they love.

Have a passion for trains in 1800’s America, love morris dancing from Britain, or love knitting teddies just because you can? You have an interest that makes you interesting. Even if you wish you could give something a go, but can’t fit this thing into your life (for whatever reason) but you research about that thing and aim to get there one day-interesting.

Don’t know or care what you like, or insist that work is your everything, or claim you are too old or too ill or poor? Sort yourself out-boring is not the way to be. There is always a way to change and broaden your mind to something-talk to people, borrow a book or two from the library, look online for random things you can try. Especially if you are working all the time-get out your workplace and go for a walk at the very least and watch people! People watching is often the funniest pastime of the lot as we are all odd-watching what happens around you while are walking will at least give you some funny stories.

I honestly don’t mind what your hobby is if I come across you. I will likely learn something new. That is a great thing.

In summery-find a hobby, even if it’s collecting wacky toilet seats. Don’t let naysayers put you off and enjoy it!
