Flowers and bugs

Today has been approaching the temperature of ‘too hot for this nonsense’ again, but was on the cooler side of thirty-five degrees Celsius, which I was thankful for. Winter cannot come soon enough-the weather is a lot nicer and there is no humidity to deal with either!

Thankfully, flowers look really good in the sunshine. I have some roses, gazanias, a ‘rocktrumpet’ (I quite like that name) and a hibiscus flower (a favourite of mine, but unfortunately not and orange one, which are my very favourite).

I have come across many insects and other animals today. There were birds, butterflies and a dragonfly or two. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get photos of these as they were moving around too quickly. I saw plenty of ants and snails and spiders (or at least I think that’s what it is on the rose).

That’s all for today, but I cannot complain (which does make a change!).
