Mental clutter should be a ‘no thanks’

Where can you reduce clutter in your life?

We all have periods in life that are mentally tougher than others, whether that is down to our own expectations of ourselves or because other people decide that we need a bit of bother from them (for whatever nonsense reason they deem necessary).

At the moment, my headspace needs a good clear out, there is a lot of cobwebs that need sweeping away and this is down to a bit of both the reasons stated above.

To be able to reduce this mental clutter, I need to have a holiday first of all. This is coming at the end of next month which I’m really looking forward to. I caldo do need to remember two things. The first is that I can change my situation myself, which I am in the process of doing. The second is to be kind to myself and others.
