My political views haven’t really changed over time for one simple reason. Politicians are people who have a reputation for being useless and out for their own gain. It doesn’t matter what country or what time in history, you see people in ‘power’ still being useless and gain.

I have always thought this to some degree, even when I was a kid, but now it is as clear as day as an adult. No matter what politicians say why they went into politics, even if intentions were good, they seem to get swollowed by the system. This is why my views have not changed.
