While I do agree that phones, computers and anything else with a screen can bring many benefits to many people, there is a point at which the benefits are outweighed by the sheer rudeness, innate nonsense and insults that are unnecessarily thrown around from behind a screen.

If you put the screen down, you can do so much more, whether that last spending time with the kids or friends, or exercising, spending time doing your hobbies or whatever you enjoy. The real world can be great, we don’t need to live behind a screen for it to be so!
