In my garden, I have a few things going on. There are flowers appearing, produce growing and plant generally growing and loving the warmer weather.

In regards to the weather, we did have around 10mm of rain in the evening yesterday do I didn’t have to water any of my plants. I will this evening though, but only my seedlings in coir pots as they can dry out quite quickly. My cacti that I put out for the summer a couple of weeks ago, seemed to have enjoyed the rain yesterday, they seem happier somehow.

I also received some of the seeds that I ordered about a week ago. As there are lots of seeds in the order, I thought I’d include a photo rather than list them.

Of the seeds that I have already sown, the resulting seedlings are mostly doing very well. The broccoli seedlings seem to be doing best do far, but I also have some tomato, onion and capsicums too. To be honest, I get great pleasure in just seeing my seeds turn into plants-I get excited, a bit like a kid!

My African violet is flowering again with its lovely purple flowers.
